    Frame removal

Yes , that's right i want to remove my frame from the rest of the bike so i can powder coat it before it rusts to bits. i know what the paint job would cost. The only thing i can think of off the top is i would need exhaust gaskets. I must have missed something else, but what

I think you might find it easier if you remove the rest of the bike from the frame. Otherwise you might need a hacksaw and a welder to put it back together again.

He's right, removing all the other items around the frame will leave the frame intact plus its also easier to do. The other way round would be a right bugger.

I find an angle grinder better.
Although there is the story of when I nearly cut my balls off with one.
I still have a 6 inch scar on my left thigh to prove how close I came.
