    body panels ?

    hi recently bought a 1991 africa twin,i guess that makes it an rd04 model.i need to know if all the body panels are the same on a late or early rd04?

    IIRC, all RD04 panels are interchangable between years ('90-92) apart from colour scheme, but you'll find little to no compatibility with the RD03 or RD07 models.

    BTW: Panels are regularly offered on eBay (often complete with scratches and even breaks), but before you splash out on these, give David Silver a ring to see how much new OE ones will cost if they import them for you (takes about 6 weeks but a lot cheaper than official imports).

    David Silver can offer them. You need to look under the seat for the Honda colour code.

    Headlight cowl - to order from Honda @ £171.41.
    L/H and R/H top panels - to order from Honda @ £49.20.
    L/H seat panel - to order from Honda @ £118.32.
    R/H seat panel - to order from Honda @ £77.31.
    Tool box cover - to order from Honda @ £38.07.
    Whealie (Wing Commander, @ Airborne Division)
    Two XRV750-M ('91) RD04s on J ('92) plates.
    Laser Pro Duro, crash bars, bark busters, heated grips, GPS, topbox, Alu Boxes, Scotoiler, Starcom, ciggie lighters and XRV stickers.
