Mythical Big bore kit

I'm building a japanese 'Monster' using a BROS with an Africa motor. Read article in MCN 15/3/06 where guy called Daren Chadwick spoke of 850 kit. Have tried Wiseco and JEand others no joy. Daren if you're out there I'd appreciate info or anyone else who might know.
Thanks

I definately remember ages ago in 'Bike' mag' some article in which reference was made to fitting an AT engine in a bros frame/bike which apparently is not too difficult and some guy who 'tuned' AT engines based in Birmingham.

Last link on the page: Leistungskit Stufe 2.

Quick translation: They modify the airbox, the carbs, and the engine gets bored out to 836cc. Add a noisy exhaust (98dB) and you should get 70 horses and over 60 Nm at the wheel. No guarantees, call for the price...

Pretty graphs though.

go faster bros

hiya, had couple of broses including modded 650 and you're probably aware of the standard mods but fyi: simple airbox mods + decent pipe relieve the chronic asthma, the cam conversion is known to release more horses, vfr rear swingarm/ 180 section rear wheel simply slots in ( bought for £45 for both @ croydon garage!), early fireblade monoshock or other DEFINITELY required to cure standard, diabolically saggy, rear end, goodridge line is easily plumbed through swingarm (admittedly cosmetic rather than perfomance but looks smart), cbr600 double disc front with plusher front damping keeps an already stable bike ROCK solid, 650 as standard has closer ratio box than 400 (despite what breakers might tell you), cagiva mito bodywork gives you low rent 916 clone, bigger tank and rearsets available from california-drop dead gorgeous but drop dead from heart attack prices...blah blah blah no doubt you know all this waffle already...
