Greetings,
I own a '98 AT in Tokyo. I bought it second hand with no owners manual. Since the owners manuals here are entertaining but of little value to me I was hoping to buy one in English. Can any one tell me where I could find one?
Thanks
Scot

I have a reprint by Honda UK. It's A4, and quite heavy, so may cost a few yen to post to japan.
If you want it, you can have it if you want to pay postage. (I can get a postage quote of you are interested).

Do you mean you have a yen to send it?![]()

And even on his bike Yen may find that a trip to far...

There may be only one Yen and who ever he is he may have a manual in English, lucky *******. In Japan they only sold 150 ATs a year. So parts are rare and an English manual is not easy to come by.
I would like very much to know what the postage is and have my own readable copy of the owners manual.
I'm sure someone will get a manual to you...
And now you've found us you will access to what is possibly the most advanced Africa Twin knowledge base known to Man (well at least in the UK).
Its got to be quite cool to have a rare Honda in Honda's back yard...
Any pics?
Also you could see if Haynes will ship a manual worldwide or try ebay - you can get them on CD Rom sometimes which won't cost as much to post either.

I've got a photocopy version in A4 (RD04)that was sold to me by a bike shop. I could try and fax it if you can wait till the bank holiday is over on Tuesday.
