filled up the tank,road up to Donnington and back,252 miles onto reserve, road around today with 5 litre can in the top box until it stopped got 314 miles on the clock when it ran dry.

That is very good, did you push it the first 50 miles? Mine ran out of reserve recently on 228 miles Luckilly a guy on a harley stopped and gave me a lift to the nearest fuel station

my trip computer thing is a*seing about and cuts out now and again when i start the bike - losing the time and also the countdown and mileage!

. . . . . which is why i ran out of petrol last night on a very busy M56!!!!

sh@ myself then flipped into reserve, fired her up and roared on!

my own fault for not checking!

need to find out why the trip computer is cutting out, any ideas??
