Your project Transalp -> RD04 sounds like an interesting one. It's always nice to see folks doing something creative with the bikes instead of chucking them away when they are more than a few years old. Good luck sourcing the parts.

Hi gang, I just happend to stumble on this thread refrencing my old AfricaAlp. I'm still around and modifying Transalps. I'm currently turning an old beat up Transalp into a Rallye bike.
