    Wrong Registration !!!

Ok, Ive ridden the bike for the last 2 1/2 years, Its been taxed and insured, and I have only just been made aware that my bike has the incorrect Registration plate on it!!!.

The Bike has always been registered and insured using the V5 Infomation

Even Dorris at the Post office didnt spot the mistake on the new MOT and duely issued me with a new tax disk, using the correct reg, taken from teh V5

The bike went in for its first MOT 2 weeks ago..
No problems, the reg as recorded on the MOT Certificate RD03 ***

I recieved a letter from the DVLA, followed by a phone call from VOSA regarding an "inconsistancy" in their details.

Double checked the V5 and the reg recorded on that is LD03 ***

DVLA have confirmed with the VIN that the plate should be as the V5, and VOSA are going to issue me with a new MOT.

Now I have to get my ass to Halfrauds and have a new reg Plate made

That 2 1/2 years' worth of speeding fines coming your way once the computer has been notified. Could be the most expensive number plate in history.
