    Lighting

    What bulbs have you all gone for in the front lights rather than the originals.Or are you all happy with the standard set up.

    Bosch H4 all-weather bulbs - I think they cost me about £1.50 each so the bargain price was main consideration. They work OK and seem to be better in the rain as the light does not seem to reflect back quite so much from raindrops. Only replaced them when one of the originals gave up after 5 years.

    I've got a pattern version of the original spec bulb. They're crap. It took me months to realise that the beams had been reversed.

    I ride along setting light my burps for added illumination.
