    Ohlins shock - rebuild recommedations?

    Hi,

Just got my hands on an Ohlins rear shock. I want to treat it to a rebuild. Can anyone recommend anyone? Fitting in the London area would be a massive plus

    Thanks,

    Paul

Another one for you that shouldn't be too far......

    Harris Performance Prod. Ltd.

    SG13 7UB
    Tel: 01992 532 501 Fax: 01992 532 505
    E-mail: customer-service@harris-performance.com
    Web: www.ohlins.se

They are the official Ohlins supplier for the UK - so they should be able to service your unit.

My local Ohlins Dealer (Crescent Suzuki in Bournemouth who run the Rizla Suzuki Team) reckon on around £100 for a full service & rebuild.

here is a link to the Ohlins Mounting Instructions for the 95-03 @

I have the 46HRCS for my RD07A, but haven't got round to fitting it yet (I'm waiting until I get round to fitting the centre stand first )

Stay well clear of KAIS in Atherton, not going into details but they buggered me around for months and then landed me with a monster bill.

I've had good results from both Harris and K-tech for ohlins work, but PDQ may also be worth a try as they seem to know their stuff (at least Nick on the dyno does).

Good luck and let us know how you fared.

    Ali
