    New Owner

    Hi All,

I have recently taken ownership of a 1999 Africa Twin from collumbell on here so thought I'd say hi.

Really enjoying it so far and they handle better than I thought!

Just got to fit my AutoCom now, I miss having music!

    Cheers
    Guy.

Yeah she does sound nice, she's fitted with a Laser ProDuro!
Am currently trying to fit the AutoCom, but having difficulty tracking down a suitable live lead to use.

take the near side rear panel off and you'll find a lead to the rear light. That means it will only work with your lights on.
I've had mine there for 18 months and no problem.

Yeah I think I found that, coming from the 3 pin connector block right?
Which one is live Green, Brown or Green with yellow stripe?
    (I don't have a multimeter!)

Can't remember. Have to take daughter to gymnastics and it is pissing down out there. Will look in the morning, in the garage, in the dry, in daylight.
Mind you, the Haynes manual must say. Will dig that out of the garage later.
