Hi, This is a bit of a follow on from mikefletchers post which turned out to be the head bearings.
There were a couple of posts quoting the different pressures some riders run their ATs at.
I've had Trailwings for a few years (which I loved) but am now on Michelin Anakees. Apparently, I weigh 16 stonebut the bike doesn't seem to mind.
The pressures are 29 front and 30 rear. Plus a couple of p.s.i. in the wet/with a passenger.
I appreciate the different pressures for the TKC's or whichever offroadish tyres some people run. It's the road based tyres I'd like to ask about. I've tried pressures of high 30's and even 40 but, ended up with very little feedback and they felt very skittery(unstable).
So what pressure do you run at and why?
