had a bit of a spill back in January

Learner driver decided to try and pull into an estate today, must have though i was a mirage
im ok just badly bruised

all mostly better now & i have managed to get toto running again apart from a usable tank (old one is too twisted to go back on)

anyon know any cheap alternatives that will fit?

that looks a bit rough! glad its getting back on the road and that you are ok. Is that a huge hole i see in the engine?

yep right through the clutch cover, luckily the engine bars & cowling took the brunt (and got thrashed in the process) i will probably nweed to replace the clutch soon enough as it was beginning to slip before the accident

Apologies for the nercomancy but i just though i would let you know that toto is working again (took a whil to get a cheap tank & im lazy ) & i got back on the road with her again last night to give her a test drive & it went pretty good. I just have a few small things to fix (exhaust is a bit loose & cooling system needs to be refilled)

cant wait to give her another go, really missed the big girl

'A bit of a spill' - that looks pretty nasty - obviously by the sounds of it your back in good form and the bikes nearly back to full strength

Keep an eye on e-bay for second hand tanks - they do pop up occaisionally and at a reasonable price too.

go to german ebay, much more @ stuff on there
