Max Torque.... When?

Does anyone know at which speed an RD07 motor makes maximum torque?
Just wondered how it relates to my up shifts and cruising speeds and if i'm riding in the most efficient manner

Don't know about torque but I have dyno runs for my old RD07 (2000 model)

A 1999 has peak torque (45.7ftlb) at 6000rpm and a 1993 makes its peak torque (46.3ftlb) at the same rpm, so I'd guess 6000 was the same for all years of the 750

Just curious is all as I've noticed it seems to keep pulling and pulling.
No point revving the spuds of it if it were producing peak torque at say 5.5K but it doesn't feel like it does so my suspicions are confirmed.

Mildly tuned engine (Leovince/Dynojet/K&N) has very wide torgue curve. Approx 60nm on a back wheel from 3000 to nearly 6000.
