What models with restricted need camshaft?

I am planing to buy africa twin 99 model who is the restricted model I want to buy this because is in good condition.
But how I can be sure that this model need only air intake from full power model or it will need and camshaft in order to take full power 60hp?
What is the difference?

I have read this but didnt say anything about what models have differend camshaft.

First I've heard of needing a different camshaft, but having read the link it appears some countries do indeed have a "tame" camshaft in addition to the inlet restriction.

You say yours is from France, we have several French members, maybe they could advise?

Ok, I missed that part about the camshafts as I only took a glance.
Ain't that interesting. 2 types of camshafts. I'm assuming my German model (as with the UK) is the full power 38.5mm.

Following quote from the ATIC article...and that's all they have to say.
Anyone else know more on this.

French bikes are limited to 106 bhp, so the @ should be the same as a UK one.
