Can anyone suggest what mods I should make to a standard trim 95 AT?
best screen, exhaust, protection, footpegs etc?
Just bought her this weekend from a top bloke in Gateshead. Thanks for the sale George, I'll look after her!

Lokks just fine to me as is!
Nice bike, very nice.
It all depends what you want to do with her and what 'style' you're after.
I commute on mine and I've got a REMUS can, touratech seat heated grips and a scottoiler. Thats prolly gonna be it for now whilst I play with getting her more cosmetically sorted - the paint is failing on the frame in places and the ally stuff is all in desperate need of a polish..........
Hourses for courses though so more of an idea of what you are after as a finished product may help folk advise you..........
Crash bars. Cost about £100 (or Lord Vader will come along and offer you a discounted German set that he has proved do work). And will save you that even if you only drop the bike rather than come off it.
A volvo reversed into me and the crash bars ruined her indicator unit while protecting me.

Two XRV750-M ('91) RD04s on J ('92) plates.
Laser Pro Duro, crash bars, bark busters, heated grips, GPS, topbox, Alu Boxes, Scotoiler, Starcom, ciggie lighters and XRV stickers.
I've some crash bars to go on and their's some heated grips and a scottoiler on already.
I want to do some off-roading and maybe some rallys.
Hi
Without a doubt fit a Scottoiler, the touring model with high capacity HCR is the best. Fill it up and ride the bike. By the time it comes to refill it a service will be due anyway.
Oh and get an original plug spanner and service it your self.
I nearly forgot, when you get tired of your new @, go out and try another bike. This will remind you that you already have the best!![]()

TKC80's to improve the off-road look and to provide decent traction when you do go off-road.

Errrm I'm gonna go for the basics...
A NICE BIG CHAIN AND PADLOCK !!!
AT's seem to attract the wrong kind of attention sometimes, and what started out as a "who's gonna nick it, it's only a winter hack" for me, now gets chained to an immovable object whenever I leave it anywhere for too long!
Nice bike...keep it that way
for 2nds I'll go with Dave, some TKC80 knobblies
and 3rd 'll go with the Chad'ster, and nice exhaust
Enjoy it

Whealie has posted some images somewhere on this forum.
They fit nicely behind the hand guards.
