    Well that was easy!

    Just whipped the forks out on the bike and changed the oil.

    The stuff that came out was probably the original so nearly 10 years old!

    Flushed them out a few times with auto transmission fluid, diesel engine oil, and some old fork oil just to simply try and get it running somewhat clear.

    You can feel the difference simply pumping them on the ground.

    Looking forward to try them out!

    good on ya dude ................the next fluid to change is your brake fluid by rights it should be changed every 4-5yrs..well done with the forks

    I did my brake fluid earlier in the year luckily along with the coolant!
