Any guidance hugely appreciated

I've fitted the standard Facet package and the bike seems to run OK
But... I noticed that on tickover, there's a steady drip of petrol from the little tube under the bike that seems to run up to the carbs via a T section.

Any ideas on what's going on and what I can do about it?
