    The compound is relatively soft compared to Tourance etc, so it will be interesting to see how long it lasts on the tarmac but my daily commute is only 14 miles and hey,at that price it was worth a lash!!

    looks like a really good budget tyre with good road and off road capabilities, when i find a spare set of rims i may get one those to save the race tyres...

    I'm on the verge of getting the trellebourg army tyre for the back just for pure badness. I have almost convinced myself that I will be able ride in a civilised manner on wet tarmac.

    They were my special 'slicks'!!
    I also discovered that my front brake DOES work, just didnt have any rubber to stick to the tarmac!! Are'nt new tyres great!!
