What time is it?

O.K. I finally got the recifier/regulator (is there gold inside them?) replaced.
Now I have to reset the clock. I did it once but I can't fiqure it out now!
I have pressed every button around it and nothing happens as in WHAT THE F%^&*??

My handbook says:
Press and hold the ADJUST button, then immediately press and hold the RESET TIME button for more than 1 second simultaneously. "Minutes" in the display will begin to blink.
Press the UP/DOWN button to reset the minutes.
Press the ADJUST button. "Hours" in the display will begin to blink.
Press UP/DOWN button to reset hours.
Press the RESET TIME button to start the clock.
