    Angry Oxford Monster Disc Lock EEK

    Just bought a Oxford Monster Disc Lock in Bright yellow for my Black and Gold 98 AT and guess what. It wont fit the front disc.........Hells Bells.

    Can get it on the back sprocket but not where I wanted it.

    Anyone found a disc lock that does fit the front brake disks

    Anyone want to buy a Monster disk Lock............. Not for an AT but may fit others. (£55 from Hein Gerick)

    The Oxford Omega fits the front disc.

    I have a XENA XN14 which fits my RD07a (2001) perfectly. It has a built in alarm that's handy - don't suppose it deters serious thieves, but maybe deters kids from messing with your bike, and definitely deters you from riding off with it still attached!
    Seems reliable and the batteries lasted nearly 18 months.

    Under 50 quid on ebay.

    May want to check your discs are the same as mine; this isn't a great photo but I think you can see well enough. The disc lock pin fits through the large holes in the disc:
