    Tell Honda

For all of you that wish to tell Honda that they need a replacement for the africa twin go to the Honda website.

If you click on "racing" it has a "2008, what do you think" section.

There it has a questionaire on new models including the new Transalp. If you fill it in there is a section asking you what you think of it. You could tell them that a replacement is needed for the AT!

    Just a thought.

Here's the direct link - well worth doing as this is a real opportunity to let Honda know directly what we are looking for.

    Re: Tell Honda

I went through the Transalp questionnaire, criticising and suggesting improvements. I added "replace the Africa Twin" in that.

    Re: Tell Honda

I made a big case telling them in the improvments section that the way people all over the world is praising the R1200GS now is the way people talked about the AT in the 90`s

All Honda adventure riders need a replacement for the AT and the Varadero is not the way to go.
The Varadero is good on its own terms but falls thru when the dirt starts to fly.

    Re: Tell Honda

DONE...and boy did I tell them!

Question is...if they took in our suggestions and came up with our perfect AT next year...would you sell the one you already have????

    What a dilemma!
