2) If so, what boxes do you use?
3) Is it possible to mount Toratech Zega's to the H&B Frames?

Will try to fit them this afternoon and let you know what they look like.

Two XRV750-M ('91) RD04s on J ('92) plates.
Laser Pro Duro, crash bars, bark busters, heated grips, GPS, topbox, Alu Boxes, Scotoiler, Starcom, ciggie lighters and XRV stickers.
I've got H&B frames on my dero and looked at the TT mounting pucks for my panniers which brings me the long way round to the assumption that TT Zegas will fit the hoop construction of H&B
I had H&B frame & alu exclusiv boxes on my RD07a. I've jut sold them.
The rack does exist for the RD04.
Have a look at the links with pics below
.You can use H&B boxes.
Either in plastic: "Junior", "Journey", "Gobi"...
Or in Aluminium: "Alu Standard", 'Alu Exclusiv'
.You can ue any other alu boxes with the adaptor (see below)
It it possible to buy Zega boxes alone - without the Touratech mount system & pucks- and buy an adaptor to fit them straight on to the H&B rack.

That set on eBay are the Honda Genuine kit (other than the top rack). You can tell by the rubber mounts all round and the rubber rear crossmember mounts. The H&B set are slightly different and solid mount onto the frame at the footpeg plate and solid mount on the rear crossmember (I don't know about the top mounts - wait for Whealie's photos).
Fitting the Honda kit:

There is also one of the special mounting bolts missing looking at the photo. There should be two short and two long bolts. One of the long ones is not there. It is a special bolt and you may need to get one made. If you do end up getting these racks, let me know and I'll dig out the part number for the bolt just in case Honda can supply it individually.

OK, managed to get them fitted today but moping about with a sore throat and my son helping and having to watch the hopeless England rugby this afternoon, meant the side panels etc were not back until darkness.
The first thing is the instructions come in German, so you have work it out for yourself. It's actually not that hard at all. Assemble them and it becomes obvious where they fit.
They mount onto the rear foot rest mounting bolt though and the bolts they give you are to long. I had to cut about 8m off.
I also had to remove the touring scotoiler to get acces to the rear bolt, but hardly a major crisis. It is wirth removing the rear rack completely though I imagine a big friend could probably bend back the rear plastics enough to get you the get the side bolts to take.
Anyway, they feel rock solid and I will buy another set for the Zebra.

From the side:
I am really happy to have been able to get some proper pannier rails at last.
