http://s275.photobucket.com/albums/j...t=P2180024.jpgGrrrr getting so close to finishing and its just one problem after another!. Am I right in assuming there is no adjustment on the return cable to the throttle?
I can't get the throttle to snap back. new cables, correct routing and the throttle actuator on the carb body is snapping back, no problem. It appears to me that the return cable in the throttle housing is gathering and rubbing inside the housing but I can't take the slack out of it. Now I've done my back in too so the work will be on the back burner for a while. Any ideas will be much appreciated @r's.

. Hopefully the old spine will sort itself out for next week so I can trudge on regardless.......If, however, I get no joy with the throttle I will get some hob-nobs in and some Kenco/Earl Grey/John Smiths/Evian (del as appr) and accept your gallant offer of assistance. (Be warned, it may be to help me retrieve parts of the bike (and my teddy) from neighbours gardens.
