Front brake caliper

I need to find a replacement front brake caliper for an RDO3 . Looking at the pics on the microfiche the RD04 caliper looks identical and has a similar though not identical part number , does this mean they are different or do Honda assign different part no's for different models even if the part is identical ?

I have had the oportunity of looking at an RD07 to see if the caliper would fit but sod's law they dont fit on the fork leg of the RD03.

Does anyone know of anywhere that is breaking either an RD03 or 4 at the moment or does anyone have a caliper lurking in their garage?

If RDO7 type wont fit, heres another possible source:

Honda CBR 600F 1994 Nissin front calipers. I had the corroding caliper problem on my RD04, and these fit perfectly as direct replacements - maybee they fit the rdo3 ?

Bearing mind mind calipers from a breaker could be rotten, and from Honda they probably cost about £200-250, it's probably worth looking at this:

They list CBR600F calipers but it's not clear if they fit 1994 bikes. I suspect the caliper bodies fit more models that the caliper assembly that Honda supply as a spare (which also includes the bits for mounting to the fork leg, which may vary more from year to year than the caliper itself?).
