    Motad Venom Can???

    Hi

I know a lot of people bought these cans for the @
It`s a nice looking can but needs a bit of fiddling to get it to fit right.
Anyway that`s not my problem right now but fuel consumption. My twin has always been real good on fuel with the stock can and averages at about 58mpg never dips below 50mpg and i do not hang about as some folk will know.
After fitting the motad can i didn`t notice an increase in fuel consumption at first but on a long trip down to dorset at Easter it was gulping the fuel down 35mpg, mind i was giving it some beans as it was f*#ckin` freezing and just wanted to get it over with. Cost me bloody fortune that weekend.
So a bit more riding around and drinking the juice i changed back to the standard can and normal service is resumed.
I know i can solve the problem by jetting but can`t be arsed at the moment just want to go riding not fiddling.
Any body else noticed an inrease in fuel consumption?

    bill
