Does anyone have the torque settingsfor the front and rear sprockets on a RD03... Dilbert kindly let me have a copy of the workshop manual and I put it somewhere safe !!!!! big mistake

Front sprocket retainer plate bolts--10 Nm
Rear sprocket nuts--45 Nm
