RD03 Standard Screen Help

I need a favour from an RD03 owner with a standard screen

If anyone has one would it be possible to trace around the edge onto some paper so I can try to cut one out of perspex.

Any help appreciated.

I tried to fabricate my own but no luck,the heatgun just distorted it .....gave up and bought one instead...alot easier

Did you try and fabricate a taller screen or standard?

I tried to use a smaller than standard just to start off with and used some perspex which just melted,got some other stuff but cant remember what it was called and it just took so long to work I gave up in the end,it was aircraft type plastic which is normally vacuum formed so trying with a heat gun got me nowhere,ended up buying one from germany as the price I was quoted from australia was ridiculous.Even including postage from germany it was still cheaper than an original honda part from japan.Sadly I now get alot of buffeting and windnoise around my helmet ....ooooeeer...phnarf.....so might try to buy a touring one or crop the original to lose the discomfort-or buy the new bmw gs800 jobbie or I am temted by a yam tdm 850 or 900!!!!

If you are looking for a taller screen for an RD03 I can make these


It gives a lot more room on the inside great if you need/want to mount a sat-nav or like me a video in there.

Thanks for listing your pics, I am actually looking for a standard RD03 screen as I'm rebuilding an RD03 back to standard apart from a couple of minor mods!!
