    Question Chain and sprockets

Hi,can anyone recomend what chain and sprockets would be the best to get for my @.X or O ring normal or heavy duty. Also sprockets either keep em standard or a couple down on the rear,up on the front lol not.
I use the bike mainly for a 67ml commute to work.I want it to pick up ok through the traffic at the Dartford Tunnel(all 15mls of it every evening). But in the morning when i'm done a 80% 3 lane ride home with a few lanes to start n finnish.
The local shop quoted £130 to £170 dependant on the quality of the chain supplied.......
