This is as good a place as any to sell your AT.

I think you will have to subscribe to post in 'for sale' section, but at £10 for the year its a cheap advert.

It's often better to sell luggage and other extra's seperately, as it can put the price out of reach for some people.

One final bit of advise ; Don't sell it , you will regret it.

Errr as Airwolf has already pointed out...

You WILL unfortunately have to subscribe to sell your bike in the WANTED / FOR SALE forum, but at a measly £10, it will still be cheaper than eBay fees, or putting an ad in Bike Trader.

Everyone who visits the FOR SALE section is interested in Honda trailies and Africa Twins, so you have your target audience.

Unfortunately, after selling it, you will find you miss it and regret parting with it, guaranteed. Don't you have a wife / small child / beloved pet / mother-in-law that you could sell instead??

    Re: Credit Crunch

Think long and hard before you part with a low milage AT because if you do regret it later the chances of finding another jem like that will be a real mission. When a credit squees hits like this and people need to find funds like you and try to sell a peach of a bike everyone is in the same boat and you may well struggle to make a good price and that's when the leaches step in to make a quick buck, (seen it in the autotrader time and time again). If you really must part with it, then sell it as suggested, less extras, the buyer may want them when the deal is done or, stick them on here when the bike's sold. Not having seen your bike but if it is a minter with that milage and a good history, then someone who want's it would pay £3k i'm sure but my final words to you would be, KEEP IT, and enjoy it.

    Good Luck.

As already pointed out if you want to sell it on here you'll have to subscribe. It will be one of the best £10 you'll spend.

    Re: Credit Crunch

I recently sold a 2003@ with similar mileage and similar spec for £4000. With the amount of interest shown in the bike I suspect that I could have asked for more.
