I could have written that! Well apart from the last bit about living in a field.....
Well cut and paste it after knocking that bit off, I don't mind.

Bloomin eyesight is going, peering in there wondering how the choke plungers come out, anybody tell me how. Do you need to remove the carbs??? It on the last of the 750"s 02 model. Think the front one is stuck open.

Follow the cable down to the front carb after removing the side panel then unscrew the cable fitting- with loadsa luck you might be able to jiggle the plunger out - probably best after spraying copious amounts of wd40 and letting it soak

If this doesn't work do as I did - remove the cablexand with a largish punch push the plunger all the way in putting something behind it to fill the void then put the cable screw back

Ok no choke on front carb now but it is fine and works really well

    Hope this helps
