Just wanted to say thanks Especially to Alan H for all your posts re fitting new regulators,

turned out mine was not knackered but was down a bit on power.

changed it over last night for a Yamaha one from a 2000 R1, rewired it and used spade connectors.

nice neat job all done in an hour. fitted tonight and by eck its all good now. bright as anything and all the numbers on the volt meter are right back up there.

One thing less to worry about in the long term
