Well recently finished the frame tidying up.

Couldnt get it comfy though so decided to get a new powerbronze flip screen in light tint to give a bit more protection.

Also removed the seat cover and used a thermal roll mat to add to the standard seat foam, you know the roll mats that you sleep on when camping using a sleeping bag.

Real easy to do, just remove the seat cover and cut the roll mat to the right size ( no need to shape at this point ), then using double sided sticky foam tape stretch the mat over the original seat, with a bit of a stretch it fits in one piece on the foam. I used two pieces at 10mm each giving about 15mm extra when compressed. Seat cover replaced and off for a ride to test it out.

Definately comfier for me, gives a little bit more room in the knees making the ride better overall.

Still awaiting the Hepco & Becker pannier racks ( on order ) and my new Aluminium panniers ( currently being made )
