Iam sure someone out in Lithuania sells them. Not long ago there was a post and the same guy name was mentioned.

here's another headlight cover that i like. i like it even more because there is no need to drill nothing, just cut some adges. this is from a guy in Portugal that both it in germany. he will try to remember where...

I have one which is by Touratech. It mounts via 3 existing holes in the fairing.
