    Good work with that R/R

with the bike it doesnt matter wich side you drive on, with the car on the other hand is more tricky.
i installed the R/R, it was easy. i was as happy as a little boy when he receives his first bicycle

Hey balee, I enjoyed that video, now I gotta get out and ride mine!

I'll also be on the left side, but hopefully I'll be on a much curvier road, will have to take some videos!

My friend has a video cam on his helmet, but his is very noisy and jerky. Congrats on holding it steady and getting the sound of the bike well not wind noise.

Can you tell me what camera setup etc you are using, I'd love to get a good setup for helmet cam and show you guys what riding in Japan is like.

    Hi Jim,

    That was my video

I use a bullet cam setup very similar to this : HELMET KIT CAM CAMERA MOTORCYCLE BIKE BULLET 580 SONY on eBay, also, Other, Professional Video Equipment, Cameras Photo (end time 06-May-09 20:00:00 BST)

GO FOR THE HIGHEST RESOLUTON (TV lines - eg 580) U CAN AFFORD FOR BEST QUALITY

Everything was included apart from the recoding unit (am experimenting with a small jxd recorder at the moment - records straight to micro sd card).

I mounted the camera to the side of my helmet with a ruber lined p clip (just took out the screw which holds the right side of the peak on, and fitted with a slightly longer bolt.

Am experimenting with the mic, at the moment i tuck thru my chin strap - still catches some wind noise at highr speed - will try some foam to see if i can cut some of that out.
