RD03 - how to bring idle down?

Ok folks, my AT idles at 1500, that must be too high. I can't see any obvious idle screws on the side like the Transalp, please someone give tell me where to adjust and how many revs to set it to, thanks!

It doesn't actually sound or feel like it's idling really high, but I just like to set everything perfect y'know!

    Hello Jim, very nice bike.

The idle screw is located behind the left side of the tank level with the red decal just above where it says H2 on the cylinder block, you'll need to get on your hands and knees and you should find it.

Mine ticks over nice around 1000rpm.

As Graham says, get your hand into the left hand side airvent, and try to feel up towards the carbs.

The idle adjuster is tilted slightly upwards, and at the bottom is a large knurled black adjuster knob.

OK thanks I should be able to find that!

I almost forgot to ask, which fuel tap should I leave in OFF position in order to have reserve? My guess is left side since it'll be easier to reach down that side and flick it while riding

Now to get that farking pipe off...
