    RD07 front fork upgrade

    Hi guys.
About two monthes ago i rode into a road barrier.
I never liked the OEM forks anyhow so i had the opportunity to upgrade my AT.
some pics befor the work began.

    so i got myself a KTM 620 front.overhauled them.

seems like i had water in my steering...bhhaa....

    new XR600/650 bearing

the bottom clap axle is too wide to have the KTM bearing to fit the AT.
so i machine the axle and make it thiner.
after doing so, i had a small gap between the axle and the top clamp.

so i machined a spacer to fill this gap.

    top clamp is on

    new 320 mm disc

    new Givi crashbars

i'm wating to the KTM caliper and a Trailtech dashboard.

    thats it for now.

What speed were you doing and what the hell was the barrier made of? You must have been sent flying? How come you weren't hurt.
