Replacement engine RD07/97 model - RD04/92 model
My question is : How much differences between the engine RD07/97 model and RD04/92 model?

There's also an issue with the ignition pick up from the flywheel - that could be more of a problem than the ancilliaries. The ignition circuit after the engine proper is also different (e.g., twin coils per cylinder on the RD04), but (like the non-TPS carbs) that should be possible to bodge using your existing components.
