restrikded @, what kind of set up of chain and sprocket wud pep my AT up around town. please i am only asking because of the restrictor is in place.

Not sure whether I should post this.... but IMO the only option you have is to change the gear ratios. Either drop a tooth at the front sprocket or add two or three at the back. Adding too many at the back could require a longer chain so don't go to extremes. Making these changes will cause the AT to run at higher revs and will probably affect your fuel consumption negatively.
