So they appear to be using the same frame for the sports and touring versions but a new frame for the 'X' version.

Guess we will just have to wait and see.........................

I saw your previous thread but this is the first time they have actually mentioned the 'X' version to rival the GS. Let hope it's not just marketing BS

A twin something like this would have been better.

It's like the supposed XTZ1200, been rumoured now for over a year, MCN even did the full write up on it and supposed eye witnesses had seen it on test in Italy... since then not a mention anywhere on it..

The @ is a legend, anything Honda do to reinvent it is lost to me

Quick story:stopped at lights some time back minding my own business.katoom big Adv pulls up (I think there a great machine).Talkin chit chat blah blah weather etc.Just as we get the green light last comment is my 19 year old bike, modernism and his katoom(something like that).

anyway 20km of motorway type stuf and 10km of street later the 19 year old bike is parked up as the K goes by

True story and I only tell it,not to b smart but to explain that sometimes new isn't all its cracked up to be.

    maybe I'm a good pilot
