I'm a rubbish map reader myself.......
3 Africa Twins/280,000 miles. If it's happened to one of mine, it's gonna happen to one of yours.....eventually.

1 Varadero/34,000 miles ridden (of 57,000 miles on the bike), it's all still new to me!

I didn't see the article but just found it:

    My husband went on a four-month trip...he's been gone 10 years! - mirror.co.uk

    Amazing story.

“But I love my wife and she knows that – and yes, she is the most patient person I have ever met. But as long as I can sit on a bike – life is an open road.”

The bike has 138k miles and is still going strong.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Wow, that's inspiring, what a trip.
However I'm not sure if his wife is a saint or crazy....
If I'd just flown out to see my husband and he then said he was going off on a boat and leaving me on my own...................
Well, lets just say I wouldn't react like she did
