Finally found the bike I've been looking for.

    Well lads,

I came on here a few months back looking for information about ATs and equipment but just as I thought I was set to get back on a bike after 12 years I ended up having to hold off for a while.

Anyway I am finally able to get the ball rolling on getting back to it and was talking to a mate of mine that I haven't talked to in years today and was telling him what I hope to do.
Well it only turns out that he has an MY00 AT in his garage that he doesn't use anymore with only 20,000 miles on the clock and has decided to sell her to me.

I have to shift my car first but he's going to hold her for me while I wait on the sale. It's the same as the one in my avitar.

    I'm delighted and cann't wait.

So I hope to be on here soon with pics of the bike and to bend your ears for more info as it doesn't have crash bars or Boxes on it yet so i'll be looking for the best ones in your opinion and the best places to get them.

Oh and a high screen to begin with as I'm 6ft 3" in high.

Late model with low miles and probably unmolested. Lucky you.

All things going well it will be.

I got a go of her in 2002 when he bought her in from england. She was mint then and had only 6000 miles on her at that time. He put up the other 14000 since then but has had the Validero for two years now and he just didn't have the heart to sell the AT since then.

I couldn't beleave it when he said he still had her. It was the go I got on her in 2002 that first gave me a liking for the AT and I had a shot of another friends there a few months backs and I decided that was it I had to get one.

Really cann't beleave he is selling it to me and at a very good price.

Lucky you, how many get the bike that inspired us to get a bike.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE
