Do these LED indicators look suitable?

Was going to get some standard ones but I realised the OEM items are rubber mounted for a reason!

Have found these S3 Performance Equipment | ph 03 9013 2625 and they look suitable, just thought it was worth runnig past the XRV massive!

I have an electronic relay so no flash rate problems.

    Hi

I have just got an 07 and it’s got them already fitted

They work fine, it all depends on whether you think they look ok I guess

    Are you going stealth?
They hide quite well until they are in use. They look well protected, not being very long.
YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE

Rick, are they these indicators from the link? I've got LED lamps in the standard holders but they really don't work too well. I do off-road though so a flexible stem is handy.

Only other thing would be clear cover for the standard cover.

    Hi

No mine are different to the ones in the ad
They are a lot thinner, just one row of LEDs

They are on a bendy arm though

Rick- has your neighbours dog just been run over or is the dog listening (like a Red Indian), for postmen?

Re: Do these LED indicators look suitable?

    Hi

I have only owned the bike for a couple of weeks

The photos of the bike are from the ad on ebay

The dog is the previous owners, great dog shame it didnt come with the bike

The LED strips under the head lights are the side lights

the side light bulds within the head lights have been removed

Apparently on an MOT they just check Headlight and main beam

I always ride with my headlight on anyway and if its snagged on the next MOT i'll just put the bulbs back in

The indicators seem ok in the day light although i havent put a lot of miles on the bike yet

The radiator covers are homemade from stainless mesh by the previous owner, they look ok even close up

I also have an 04 which I bought from jelly from this site a few months ago which will be up for sale in a few weeks

I'm going to treat it to a service and a wash and brush up

It has been pointed out to me on this site that i should keep both, but i have a Kengai for winter commuting so the 04 will have to go now

Are there a few yorkies on here then

    Rick
