    RD04 Questions

a few questions gents...and ladies if there are any here...

will a Leo Vince slip-on can for an 07 fit an 04 ?
    crash bars for 07 fit 04 ?

Just fitted a set of Anakees....any thoughts ?

    Advice on best results for
    a) 90% bitumen 10% dirt
    b) 60% " 40% "

Very clunky gear box especially from start...clutch cable very stiff...adjusted with 10+mm of play ?

    Cheers

The slip-on can MAY fit, or could be adapted to fit.

The crash bars will NOT. RD04 and RD07 have completely different frames, so mounting point will probably not align.

Anakees are good tyres, and will get good mileages on the bitumen.

A 60-40% tyre option is the favoured Continental TKC80 which a lot of people on the forum use. There are other options, but I haven't used any of them.

I would start by disconnecting the clutch cable each end to check that it moves freely as the cable does wear and bind inside.

    Hope that helps

    Bob
