In a pinch you can use a spark plug

Thanx a lot guys. Already mailed my enquiry..will update post once problem rectified.
Sorry...but I find it odd you can't source a bolt in a city of 5 million people with close to a dozen Honda dealers. It does not even have to be made by Honda. It's only a 14 mm drain plug. Don't forget the gasket.

Went down a honda dealer and they didnt have stock..Asked em for other alternative and the ol' man said he had no idea..rolled eyes & walked away.
Went down to few neighbourhood bike shops and all the mechs said in a typical
Asian answer "This One No Stock, Old Bike, Very Hard To Find"..urgh. Some even asked me to change the whole engine oil reservoir as they dun sell it separately. Ridiculous!
Wemoto & Davidsilvers have bolts in stock but yet to get back to me bout
    the shipping cost...
Its not comfortable to ride when u know something is wrong...sigh..it has to be a silly small bolt..

I feel your frustration. Here in the West we take so much for granted.

You could check around and try to find an automotive style. We know it's a 14 mm but I'm not sure of the thread pitch. I would assume it's 14 mm X 1.5 thread pitch. Sure way to find out is to remove it and measure the threads with a proper thread gauge. Most mechanics have one of these gauges in their tool box. Check the following link for some ideas.

Tats a good idea paulc. I'll definitely do dat if I'm on a tour. For now, the oil sump bolt is holding fine only dat I foresee difficulties in opening it during my next oil change.

Ordered a magnetic Oil sump bolt & washer thru dis site too..looks good and cheap.
