Gear Sprocket (is that even the right term?)

    Hi,

I made some aesthetic improvements to my bike, adding an upper fairing protection like the R1200 GS, redundant as it was, it proved to be quite useful in pressing the nose down and better tracsion on front wheel. Not to mention the hot F-4 Phatom looks (I think biking is 40% fantasy)

Cutting the story short...I have an extra 7kg now on the front and even long before the mod, I thought that the twinkie was rather underpowered.

A friend of mine recommended that I should add a ???number gear sprocket to boost the revs

what do you recommend? What is the spec of the sprocket? Pros Cons...

thanks but these guys are TA. I am riding a RD 07A (9. I am particularly curious if extra sized sprocket will give me a remarkable push? IF so will it also drain my petrol tank and my pockets?

Not much trail biking these days so the main purpose is to import some more power while keeping a wary eye on consumption.

Then try the Africa Twin search. I found numerous threads. Put in 'sprocket sizes'.
