Fluids -oil and coolant

Lads forgot me Haynes manual and Im away from home have bike back together and electrics all seem to be working all beit the engine kill switch .

Can any one tell me or advise what engine oil to buy and volume/quantity . Engine is 40k miles .

Also how much coolant does the cooling system need , passing halfords on way home going to buy fluids dont want to be left short when I get home .

This is a 750?

Oil is 10/40 either mineral or semi synthetic will do.
Capacity is 2.4L without filter or 2.6L with

Coolant is a 50/50 mix of distilled water and corrosion inhibited ethylene glycol anti-freeze capacity about 2L
