    know what your sayin - i got moaned at for decorating my sons bedroom over the last few weeks because of the smell of paint

    sometimes its a losing battle ! anniversary tomorrow tho, so on my best behavior

    Another possibility is the fuel pump - they make a hollow tap when the supply is restricted - fooled me a few times.

    100% right as it happens.

    I checked the exhaust collar and tightened both up as they were not as tight as they could be and it stopped!

    I will at some point take the time to fit the gaskets in the near future.
    When I grow up ..... yeah right!

    Y'see, I could say "You can go fast, I can go anywhere, Africa Twin" But you buggers have 'em as well so it would sound pretty lame .... oops!
