you could adjust the mono shock, its how i raised mine
putting the bike up on its belly pan so the back wheel is off the floor, you need to adjust the locking ring on the shock up and out of the way, then adjust the lower ring down. then put the locking ring back.
thats a very simplified version of what needs to be done, but it contains everything i did to mine.
im now about 1/2 inch of thread off the bottom of the adjustment.

edit - ive obviously interpreted your question as "how can i raise the ride height of my bike".... apologies if this isnt what you where after

or just get a new seat foam made and recover it - therefore giving you a thicker seat...

The basic shock with adjuster is about £350 bit they will tailor make one for not much more. I have never jacked mine up t full height because even with luggage and two up just a coupe of extra turns makes it fine (I like flat feet on the ground with that amount of weight on board)

You can have this suspension linkage shortened by 8-10mm. (It is the horizontal link to the right of the arrow. It will raise the seat height by 80mm or so.

I did it and the difference can be seen below

Re: How to increase seat height on AT

    Hi,

80mm sounds super Can you tell me few things:

    1. Do you think, is this somehow affecting riding (stability, etc..)
    2. Is it easy to shorten that linkage? I cannot see on pictures, does that horizontal linkage exists also on the other side?

If I understood correctly, I would have to cut 8-10 mm and drill a new hole, right?

    Thanks,
    Vlada
