i found mine at my local honda dealer here in Portugal, it costed 36€ and it fits very well on mine RD07.

Did you cut up an RD03 lamp mesh to fit your RD07A?

ehehheh! i didn't cut nothing or even attatched someting to fix it. just pu the thing on top of the lamps and then the front cover and that's it. i'm sure that you guys will found a better way to do it.
i leave here the contacts and you guys deal with it, if you find any problems to manage it i can help. first you guys then me if you can't deal with it for some reason ok?

I checked with Honda Sweden, who checked with the Europe central store, and the RD03 lamp grille has been out of stock for several years.

But obviously there must be parts to find locally in shops.
Typically I would think they could be found in Italy, Spain, France and Portugal.
Perhaps also in Germany, although German part dealers have probably cleared their old stock by now.

I wonder if one could find a complete Marathon kit still in their bags and boxes in some small Honda shop in a rural part of France?

Edit: I have just sent them an e-mail and asked them if they have another one for me...

Hey, that looks quite good on the RD07. I never imagined it would fit so well.

OK, I've been very slow on my reproduction items, as I've had a few life issues to deal with, so I'm very sorry to those that are interested.

The latest is that I have produced quite a few, but to be honest the success rate, i.e those that I'm happy to sell, has only been about 50%.

I'm having the mould slightly adapted, so that is the delay.

I've sent one headlamp grille out to an XRV member for evaluation, and I'm waiting to hear from him on what he thinks.


I'll keep you all posted.
