From what I can gather they don't make them any more, and I couldn't find anywhere to buy them online. I'd been keeping an eye on ebay for the last year too (and even on the european ebay's from time to time throughout that time -checking in every week when I remembered).
You've probably been quite lucky to get themThey're very similar to the regular hepco becker bars but there's lots of nice touches on yours that seem to make them better imho (like the rubber damping on the connections, the cross braces across the loops, all the tabs and connectors look nicely welded rather than just squashed tube etc.).
